4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs unless specified in writing.

  • Payment terms (e.g., 100% advance, 50/50 deposit) are defined per client or order.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Orders below the MOQ may incur additional handling fees or be declined.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping using reliable carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.).

  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.).

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier.

  • Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 working days from delivery for defective or incorrect items only.

  • Authorization must be obtained before returning any product.

  • Custom or branded (OEM/private label) products are non-returnable.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

15. Modifications to Terms

Infinity Enterprises LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
